Leomon's high temperature heat pump uses a two-stage compression cycle to provide high temperature hot water up to 95°C or 150°C.
This high temperature heat pump can be used in areas where most other heat pumps cannot provide, such as directly replacing boilers or providing high temperature domestic hot water.
This high temperature heat pump has low operating costs and can meet the high temperature water needs of industries such as slaughterhouses, electroplating plants, printing and dyeing plants, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and aquaculture.
Features
1. Operating temperature range: -7°C~46°C ambient temperature, operation is not affected by weather, even if there is a storm or snowstorm.
2. Power supply: 220V/1ph/50(60)HZ or 380V/3ph/50(60)HZ;
3. Shell and tube or tube-in-tube heat exchanger can be selected;
4. Adopt well-known brand throttling device - Danfoss expansion valve to accurately control the refrigerant flow.
5. Adjustable defrost for different weather conditions (built-in four-way valve).
6. Optional water flow switch.
7. Special fan shroud design ensures precise and uniform distance between the fan blades and the shroud, resulting in low vibration and noise during operation.
8. Compact design and fine workmanship. The housing is secured with bolts and nuts, which does not damage the housing coating and prevents corrosion and rust.
9. Multiple protections protect the compressor and heat exchanger, including anti-freeze protection, water flow protection, overpressure protection, and insufficient water flow protection.
10. Each unit undergoes routine and operational testing to ensure excellent quality and performance before factory packaging.
11. Modular and versatile design: Additional units or heat pump designs can be added upon customer request.
