1. Located in a chicken house at a breeding base in Shouguang, Shandong, the project covers an area of 15,000m², using 6 60-HP ultra-low temperature air source heat pumps + solar energy system combined heating, the end uses floor heating pipes, the energy storage water tank temperature is 75℃, and the indoor temperature is 30-35℃.
Project 2
The project is located in a chicken shed breeding base in Yantai, Shandong, covering an area of 100,000 m². It uses 40 60-HP ultra-low temperature air source heat pumps + energy storage equipment, the end uses floor heating pipes, the water tank temperature is 80℃, and the indoor temperature is 36℃.
After the above-mentioned air source heat pump project was put into operation, customers reported good results. Compared with the traditional use of fossil fuels, the energy saving effect can reach 65%, and the installation is convenient and does not occupy an area.
Industry Development
Poultry and livestock breeding greenhouses are still a popular entry point for air source heat pumps. In the past, breeding greenhouses were mostly located in remote areas, with inadequate policies and supervision, and the implementation of coal-to-electricity policies was not so in place. With the deepening of the national clean energy policy, the transformation market has great potential.
