The company has developed a microwave drying and sterilizing equipment with heat pump for increasing enthalpy of carbon dioxide, including a wetting system, a material conveying system, a microwave drying and sterilizing system, a heat pump for increasing enthalpy of carbon dioxide and a gas purification system, the wetting system is used to moisten the material to be treated, and the material conveying system is used to transport the material to the microwave drying sterilization system, which is then discharged by microwave drying sterilization, the moist hot gas produced in the process of drying and sterilizing is cooled and dehumidified by the heat pump system of carbon dioxide, and the heat generated by the microwave generator is cooled by the heat pump system of carbon dioxide, the heat generated by the microwave generator and the heat of the humid heat tail gas are preheated by spraying water and the materials to be treated. The equipment has high efficiency and good effect of drying and sterilization, and uses enthalpy-increasing system to realize the cascade utilization of waste heat and water resource recycling, low operation cost and no environmental pollution.
