The steps for replacing the compressor of an air source heat pump are as follows:

 

1. Cut off the power supply of the outdoor unit of the air source heat pump and remove the power cord of the compressor.

 

1) When removing the power cord of the compressor, mark each wire with the corresponding terminal to facilitate the restoration of the wiring after maintenance.

 

2) After the compressor is placed upright, unplug the rubber plugs of each interface and immediately weld the connecting pipes (exhaust pipe, suction pipe and gas balance pipe, and the intelligent multi-connected compressor also includes unloading pipe parts). After the rubber plug is unplugged, the compressor cannot be left for a long time, otherwise moisture will enter. When welding the pipeline, be sure to ensure nitrogen filling welding, and the nitrogen pressure is 1.0~3.0kgf/cm2

 

3) Restore the air source heat pump to the state before replacing the compressor. In addition to fixing the oil temperature sensor and exhaust temperature sensor in the original position using the original method, they must also be insulated with insulation cotton; after the compressor power cord is installed, turn on the power to start the compressor to see if it reverses (if reversed, the compressor will make a dull sound); once the lubricating oil leaks, add it immediately. The lubricating oil of the intelligent multi-split unit is mineral oil, and mineral oil of corresponding specifications is required. The amount of leakage is the amount to be added.

2. Replacement of the four-way valve

The outdoor unit of the air source heat pump is equipped with a device for adjusting the direction of the refrigerant flow-a four-way valve. This valve is mainly used to realize the cooling and heating conversion of the air source heat pump, which is indispensable in the air source heat pump system.

 

Replacement requirements:

1) The replacement four-way valve must be of the same model as the original one;

2) The pipeline connection must be consistent with the original four-way valve;

3) The four-way valve body must be wrapped with a wet cloth during welding to prevent the slider inside the valve body from being burned and water from flowing into the pipeline;

4) During welding, nitrogen-filled welding must be ensured, and the nitrogen pressure is 1.0~3.0kgf/cm2.

 

3. Replacement of electronic expansion valve

The throttling device of the air source heat pump uses an electronic expansion valve, and the outdoor unit has an electronic expansion valve. When it is determined that a certain electronic expansion valve is indeed problematic and needs to be replaced, it must be replaced immediately, even if the outdoor unit of the heat pump is not temporarily put into use, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the entire system.

 

Replacement requirements:

1) The replacement electronic expansion valve should be the same model as the original one;

2) The coil should be removed before welding, and the valve body should be wrapped with a wet cloth during welding to prevent the slider inside the valve body from being burned and water from flowing into the pipeline;

3) When welding, nitrogen filling welding must be ensured, and the nitrogen pressure should be 1.0~3.0kgf/cm2

4) After the connection pipeline is welded, the coil is put on. At this time, pay attention to the engagement of the boss on the coil and the concave bag on the valve body;

5) After the new electronic expansion valve is replaced, the unit should be powered off and then powered on again. If the electronic expansion valve coil plug has been unplugged from the mainboard, the heat pump should be powered off and then powered on again after it is plugged in again.
