The invention relates to a refrigeration heat pump machine, which comprises a low-temperature group heat pump and a high-temperature group heat pump with the same structure, a throttling device is installed on the first pipeline, and the refrigerant flows through the compressor, condenser, throttling device, evaporator, and then flows back to the compressor and circulates accordingly; Heat transfer is carried out between the condenser of the low temperature group heat pump and the evaporator of the high temperature group heat pump. The invention has the advantages of reasonable structure design, low freezing temperature of-25 °C or even lower, high temperature of 85 °C for boiler, and remarkable energy saving effect.
