The company develops a water and air dual source heat pump unit, which belongs to the heat pump unit, which solves the problems of unstable heat exchange and low unit efficiency of the existing heat pump unit with temperature change. The dual source heat pump unit is composed of heat pump unit, dual source heat exchanger connected with heat pump unit and PLC respectively connected with heat pump unit and dual source heat exchanger. The heat exchanger in the invention is a dual source heat exchanger composed of a water source heat exchanger and an air source heat exchanger, each of which is controlled by a valve controlled by PLC. According to the different use environment and requirements, it can be operated as an integral heat exchanger or one of them can be operated independently, which has flexible application and wide application range. The heat pump unit can be used as the cold and heat source of air conditioning and domestic hot water. The change of refrigeration and heating operation mode of the heat pump unit is controlled by PLC, and the built-in four-way valve is switched without switching in the external pipeline, which further improves the operation efficiency of the unit.
