The invention discloses an anti-freezing and supercooling section of an evaporator for a carbon dioxide heat pump, which belongs to the technical field of energy conservation. The device comprises an inlet branch liquid tee, an inlet pipe of an undercooling section, an outlet pipe of an undercooling section, a bypass solenoid valve, an outlet liquid collecting tee, a pipeline, an inlet tee and an outlet tee, the inlet pipe of the undercooling section, the inlet tee, the inlet tee, the inlet tee, the outlet tee, the outlet tee and the outlet tee of the undercooling section are connected through pipes in turn, the inlet sub-liquid three-way of the sub-cooling section, the by-pass solenoid valve and the outlet collecting three-way of the sub-cooling section are connected through a pipeline in turn and are arranged at the bottom of the evaporator used for the carbon dioxide heat pump. The supercooling section can effectively prevent the defrosting water from icing on the bottom of the evaporator, and the use of the supercooling section only at the moment when the defrosting water appears is controlled by the solenoid valve, so it has little influence on the overall energy efficiency.
