The carbon dioxide heat pump system of the invention can selectively utilize light energy, air energy or ground energy during the whole winter, melt ice with solar energy to store heat when the sunlight is sufficient, and is green and environmental-friendly, it can also make use of air energy and ground energy at the same time. When the heat of the energy storage device is not enough, the flash heat exchanger can be started again to ensure the normal heat exchange throughout the winter. The utilization of natural energy has greatly improved the heating efficiency of carbon dioxide air conditioning.
