The heat pump integral cold and heat source engine room comprises a heat pump unit connected between the source side and the user side through a water circulation system. The heat pump unit is connected with a control system, the water delivery pipeline of the water circulation system is provided with a valve assembly which can control the flow direction of water. By controlling the opening and closing of the Valve Assembly, the water at the source side and the user side can be heat exchanged with the heat pump unit.
