The jet enthalpy compressor adopts two-stage throttling intermediate jet technology and uses a flash evaporator for gas-liquid separation to achieve the enthalpy effect. It mainly compresses and sprays mixed cooling at medium and low pressures, and then compresses normally at high pressure to increase the compressor exhaust volume, so as to achieve the purpose of heating capacity of air source heat pump in low temperature environment. Among them, the high-efficiency supercooler also plays a key role in the whole system. On the one hand, it supercools the refrigerant in the main circulation loop before throttling to increase the enthalpy difference; on the other hand, it properly preheats the low-pressure and low-temperature refrigerant in the auxiliary loop after the electronic expansion valve is reduced in pressure to achieve a suitable medium pressure and provide it to the compressor for secondary compression.

 

The heat generation efficiency of air source heat pump is very high. It uses a small amount of electricity to drive the compressor, absorbs heat energy from low-temperature air (air above absolute zero contains heat), and then converts it into high-temperature heat energy through the compressor. The thermal efficiency of air source heat pump can reach 4.0, which is equivalent to consuming 1 kilowatt-hour of electricity to generate 400% of heat energy. Compared with electric heating and gas wall-mounted boiler heating, it is also more energy-efficient. Under the same working conditions, the cost consumed by air source heat pump only accounts for 50%-70% of the cost of electric heating and only 30%-50% of the cost of gas wall-mounted boiler heating. Note that the lower the outdoor ambient temperature, the lower the thermal efficiency of the air source heat pump. Therefore, ultra-low temperature air source heat pumps must be used in low temperature environments.
