The technology of compressed air energy storage by air source heat pump is a new energy development technology in the 21st century. Air source heat pump technology is a safe, energy-saving, comfortable and environmentally friendly heating technology created from the reverse Carnot cycle theorem. Air source heat pump obtains ambient temperature heat source by storing heat energy in the air, and becomes a high-temperature heat source after effective heat collection and integration by the equipment, which is used for heating or hot water supply. The whole air source heat pump system has a very high heat collection efficiency.
To put it simply, air source heat pump is to transport the energy in the air to water using refrigerant. Traditional electric water heaters and natural gas water heaters mainly consume electricity or natural gas, and their thermal efficiency is low. Since most of the heat is absorbed from the air, air source heat pump uses the heat in the air to generate heat energy. Its heating efficiency is further improved.
Air source heat pump heating process
The compressor compresses the refrigerant, and the refrigerant with increased temperature after compression passes through the condenser in the water tank to produce hot water. The refrigerant after heat exchange returns to the compressor for the next cycle. The air source heat pump is compressed by the compressor and converted into high-temperature heat energy, which is then transmitted to the water tank to heat the hot water. Therefore, it has low energy consumption, high efficiency, fast speed, good safety, strong environmental protection, and a continuous supply of hot water. As a hot water system, it has unparalleled advantages.
Advantages of air source heat pump
Air source heat pump overcomes the shortcomings of solar water heaters that rely on sunlight for heating and are inconvenient to install. Since the air source heat pump works through medium heat exchange, it does not require direct contact between the electric heating element and the water, avoiding the danger of leakage of electric water heaters, and also preventing the danger of explosion and poisoning of gas water heaters, and more effectively controlling the air pollution caused by exhaust gas emissions from fuel water heaters.
Air source heat pumps do not require sunlight, so they can be placed at home or outdoors. After the water stored in the solar water heater is used up, it is difficult to generate hot water immediately. If electric heating takes a long time, the air source heat pump can operate under pressure 24 hours a day as long as there is air and the temperature is above zero degrees Celsius. In this way, even if a tank of water is used up, another tank of hot water will be generated in about an hour or even less.
At the same time, air source heat pumps can also solve the safety risks of electric water heater leakage, dry burning, and harmful gases formed when using natural gas water heaters. It gets rid of the shortcomings of solar water heaters such as inability to use on rainy days and inconvenient installation. It has many advantages such as high safety, high energy saving, long service life, and no emission of toxic gases.
