Our high-temperature heat pumps are suitable for domestic hot water and space heating applications. They also serve specialized industries (such as food processing, electric forging, spray coating, packaging & printing, chemicals, and slaughtering) that require hot water temperatures exceeding 55°C.
Advantages
1. Compressors
Our large-scale heat pumps utilize US-made Copeland scroll compressors, while smaller models use compressors; both are specifically designed for heat pump applications and offer high operational efficiency.
2. Electrical Control System
Integrated control functions allow for easy management of circulation pumps, water make-up, water supply, auxiliary electric heating, and PID-based automatic defrosting. Users can configure parameters to meet specific project requirements and achieve full system automation.
3. Shell-and-Tube Heat Exchanger
The heat pumps feature high-efficiency shell-and-tube heat exchangers with a heat transfer area 3.7 times that of bare-tube designs. Their unique, compact spiral structure ensures optimal heat exchange for the refrigerant.
4. Electronic Expansion Valve
We utilize Sanhua expansion valves combined with our proprietary control system to implement a specialized electronic expansion controller. This system employs digital technology to adjust refrigerant flow based on temperature factors, ensuring optimal flow rates and achieving a higher COP (Coefficient of Performance).
