The basic principle of the operation of a cascaded high-temperature heat pump is based on the reverse Carnot cycle principle. The working
fluid system is divided into a low-temperature stage cycle system and a high-temperature stage cycle system. The low-temperature stage liquid
working fluid first absorbs heat from the air in the finned heat exchanger and evaporates into low-temperature and low-pressure gas. The low-pressure
gas is compressed into medium temperature and medium pressure gas by the first stage compressor, and enters the intermediate heat exchanger to
cool and condense into a liquid state to release heat. The liquid working fluid is depressurized and expanded by the expansion valve before being re
compressed
Return to the finned heat exchanger and absorb the evaporative heat again to complete a low-temperature cycle; At the same time, the high
temperature liquid working fluid absorbs the heat transmitted by the low-temperature stage and evaporates into a medium temperature and low
pressure gas in the middle heat exchanger. The medium temperature and low-pressure gas is compressed into a high-temperature and high-pressure
gas by a two-stage compressor, and enters the heat exchanger to condense into a liquid state to release heat and produce high-temperature hot water.
The liquid high-temperature working fluid is depressurized and expanded by an expansion valve before returning to the middle heat exchanger to
absorb the evaporation heat again and complete a high-temperature cycle; By reciprocating circulation, the effect of producing high-temperature hot
